Summary

If you want to learn more about spinning, weaving, knitting or crochet or just want to browse or shop for fibers, supplies, looms or other items needed for these crafts, Homestead Fiber Crafts is the place to go.

We teach classes here throughout much of the year. We also have a wide variety of supplies needed for the fiber arts, including looms, spinning wheels, many types of yarns, shuttles, patterns,  books and much, much more.

History

The Fiber Crafts building is constructed from a restored barn that had originally been built in Middleburgh, New York around 1830. Its hand-hewn hemlock beams were felled from a local forest and joined together with mortise and tenon joints.
